To allow further improvement of our Nobi product some firewall rules needs to be updated.
Please find below the new set of additional rules which will be applicable from 30rd of March 1PM UTC. Implementing these additional rules before this date will not harm. However, without these new rules being implemented, the video for fall analysis will no longer be available and calling within the Nobi Mobile App will not work anymore after 30/03/26.
The new rules are:

*.livekit.cloud: port 443 (TCP)
*.turn.livekit.cloud: port 443 (TCP)
*.host.livekit.cloud: port 3478 (UDP)
Pleas note: these ports needs to be open in the outgoing direction.
You may need to contact your IT support company to implement these new firewall rules. The new rules will impact the availability of the video for fall analysis and will improve the in-app calling audio quality.
